Project Coordinator | HR Standards & Practice, Australian HR Institute (AHRI)

Responsible for establishing, implementing and driving key business projects. This role also included engaging and managing senior HR practitioners, academics and various internal and external stakeholders.


Key Achievements:
•    Establishment and implementation of the Senior Leader and Academic HR Certification programs. To date, it has awarded over 1000 HR Practitioners and academics HR certification.
•    Shaping the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) member audit process to ensure professional and certified members are informed on the processes and meeting the criteria to maintain their membership. 
•    Lead the business initiative to move to a digital solution using DocuSign software
